Training center

Diploma thesis deals with design documentation of training centerm determined to services for public. Building is situated in Královéhradecký region, in Náchod, cadastral district Náchod, located on 1150/1, 1151/6 and 1152/1 building plots with 1949 m2 area. Trainig center has three floors. In the first floor there is nursery school and in the second and the third floor there are situated rooms of the training center with administration. Center has wheelchair access and private parking spaces. The building is designed as a brick building with Isover insulation system with ventilated facade. Vertical supporting structure is from KM Beta Sendwix and Spiroll ceiling panels – the horizontal supporting structure. The building has not walkeble flat roof structure. Zhe inclination is performed by thermal insulation at a gradient of 3%. For heating there is designed Schiedel Absolut chimney.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation of a house for dwelling and business, designed for a four member family. The house is situated in the region Královéhradecký, town Nové Město nad Metují, cadastral district Nové Město nad Metují, situated on 685/5 building plot. The building is designed as a brick building with ISOVER insulation system, with KM Beta Sendwix vertical supporting structure and SPIROLL seiling panels - the horizontal supporting structure. The house has a saddle roof of 22° and the walkable flat roof that forms the top of the garage. The construction of the oblique roof consists of wooden components forming the construction framework. This building has 2 floors. In the first floor there are rooms for daily needs with business room on the right side, the second floor includes the private rooms for the owners.

Land consolidation is an important activity that spatially and functionally organized land. It has the ability to modify the ownership, but also affects rural and agricultural development. This work deals with the issue of land consolidation, the first defines the basic concept of landscaping, including the administrative procedure of land arrangement connection land arrangement and land register. The practical part is focused on three selected cadastral areas, which are Telnice u Brna, Moutnice and Chudčice, when the first was summary of the complete land arrangements and subsequently evaluated their performance in terms of property relations. Attention is paid to the changes in the number of parcels, thus the success of the consolidation of the land arrangement, establishment or cancellation of easements, settlement of ownership, origin provided parcels of common facilities and cause differences.
Financing of Cadastral Office for the region Olomouc

This thesis is focused on the topic of financing the organizational division of the state. The topic of this thesis is an analysis and an evaluation of the economy of the Cadastral office for the region of Olomouc in years 2011-2015. The evaluation of the economy is based on a detailed analysis of incomes and expenses in the monitored period. Based on the outcome of this analysis the author will then propose precautions to improve the economy of the Cadastral office for the region of Olomouc. The thesis contains an analysis of collecting the administrative charges depending on the maintnance expenses and a proposal of an optimalization of the height of these charges with respect to the overall effectivity of using the state funds. The first part of the thesis is focused on a research from specialised literature, where there is an explanation of the problems linked with financing the public sector, public funds or the economy of the organizational divisions of the state. In the second, empirical part there are the chracteristics of the author subject of choice and the information gathered is compared with practical application in the chosen subject of the administration, with the goal of proposing an optimalization to improve the economy.
The purchase agreement for the transfer of real property

Bachelor thesis The purchase agreement for the transfer of real property is focused on the examination of the error rate for input of property right submitted as a subject to purchase agreement. The theoretical part of bachelor thesis explains major legal regulations, on which the issue of purchase agreement and deposit management is based on. The emphasis is put on changes in legislation, which are reflected in the Civil Code and Cadastral Law. The practical part of thesis deals with the investigation of defects in the purchase agreements and in the propositions for input property right, which led to pausing or even stopping the input management in Cadastral Office for Central Bohemian Region, Cadastral Department Benešov. Data for own analysis and all statistics used in the thesis were obtained for the period 2008 to 2015. The reason for investigation of deposit management during longer time period is subsequent eventuality for the comparison of antecedent and present legislation. In the end of the bachelor thesis, there are summarized results of own investigation and also the benefits of present legislation evaluated, which is reflected in number of accepted propositions for input in the real property as well as in error rate in purchase agreements and propositions.
Transfer of ownership in the Land Register

This thesis deals with description of the structure of the whole of the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre. It focuses on the cadastre, the origin and regulation. An integral part of the theoretical part are the kinds of land registration, their description and requirements. The practical part consists of statistics, that nterpret data on deposits before the new legislation and after old legislation through graphs and tables through. Furthermore, graphs and tables show the whole information about the entry procedure and the provision of information this year. The practical part closes the interview with the director of the cadastral office on the theme of the new Cadastral law, its changes and entry procedures.
Trends of the Estate prices in the Czech Republic

The Diploma thesis named Trends of the Estate Prices in the Czech Republic is concerned with the analysis of the development of the real estate prices especially apartments and family houses. The main goal is to thoroughly analyse the evolution of property prices within 10 years (2004-2014). Other goals include the impact of selected macroeconomic indicators on real estate prices, the impact of the financial crisis and the view on the current situation in the real estate market. The most important terms and definitions related to actual real estate, ownership, Cadastre of Real Estate and real estate market are explained in the theoretical part. The practical part is divided into two sections. The first section includes a look at the development of the construction industry and housing construction , development of prices of residential property and the development of prices compared with GDP, inflation, unemployment, income population, demographic development and abroad. Development of housing prices is analysed by means of time series analysis and explained with expected development of the real estate prices. The main goal of second section is analysis of the questionnaire, which focuses on the actual inhabitant. The aim of the questionnaire is to obtain and comparison of indicators related to housing.
